Shipping policy, Term & Conditions:

Current order processing times are 1-2 days with no minimum order.

Shipping is mostly through USPS, but we do also offer UPS and FedEx on a limited basis (Tuesdays and Thursdays only). You will have the option to compare rates and choose which shipping method is best for your order. Shipping prices are determined by weight, number of boxes, size and shipping distance. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times once your order leaves our facility. Shipping times can vary greatly due to many factors beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrectly entered during check out, it will require the customer to pay for additional shipping costs to reship the package to the corrected address.  

Damaged/Lost 

Please be sure to order your supplies in plenty of time to meet your deadlines, we are unable to guarantee delivery times including lost or damaged packages. If your package shows delivered but it is not in your possession, please check all areas around your home, check with neighbors, or your leasing office.  Contact your carrier or Postmaster to find out where the package was left.  If your package is still not found contact us immediately to put in an investigation, we will place a trace it with the shipping company to locate the missing package. It can take up to 3 weeks for an investigation and we have to wait for the investigation to be completed before issuing any replacements or refunds. 

Each order is packed carefully keeping in mind that the order will probably be go through some extreme conditions on its way to you.  In the event that your order does not arrive in pristine condition, please either refuse the shipment or sign for it as "damaged" and contact us immediately to start a claim. Please take pictures of the damage, noting what items were damaged and retain box and packaging for at least 30 days as it may have to be submitted for the claim. Claims may take 3-4 weeks to complete and you will be notified of the outcome as soon as we receive it.

If you need to make a change or correction to an order, you must contact us within 12hrs of placing your order to guarantee the change can be made. 

Occasionally a product may go out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. We try to keep inventory accurate and will inform you right away if there are any out-of-stock items after your order is received. We may backorder an item if we have an ETA for its arrival to be back in stock, if not the item(s) will be refunded and can be reordered when restocked.
